Bone metastases from renal cell carcinoma: A case report and literature review

Management of bone metastases from Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) has significantly changed after the era targeted therapy that improved overall survival. This sucked different interveners in their management to push surgical indications order improve outcome and quality life for these patients. In case a solitary metastasis or limited number resectable wide resections have be considered according patient profile, comorbidities, localization, heaviness surgery benefit –risk balance. However such surgeries are highly demanding procedures must carefully planned discussed multidisciplinary team with patient. Thus, decision-making second what criteria remains subject controversy. We report an aggressive metastatic renal cell carcinoma good functional oncologic outcomes 3 years coupled anti-angiogenic treatment.
